Refund Policy

We realise that getting just the right shoe and fit is really important, and we want to assure you that you can order from with complete confidence. If you're not 100% satisfied, we will be pleased to refund or exchange your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days and we can only accept unworn shoes with the original packaging.


We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will cover the cost of shipping for any exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and please explain the reason why you want to exchange the product.


Returns & Refunds

If you'd like to return your purchase please mail it to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Clearance Items

Please be advised that only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
